A 28 yo Graphic Designer and Illustrator from Chile, I'm an introvert who loves cartoons and animation in general.I love genshin and honkai, also I collect pretty figurines.NOTICE: I once used the artist name "Y211ART" so mostly of art were signed as such, but recently (on march 2025) I changed my artist name into Nebula.moth, so you can still call me Saiber or Nebula, I will answer to both names. I'm glad you decided to work with me; by purchasing my services, you agree with every term and condition wrote in the next paragraphs.
As the artist (Nebula.moth), I have the right to decline any commission at any point of the project, the current situation may happen if you (as the customer) break any of the following rules:
✧ You ask me about the status of your purchase, more than once in the day that I answered your questions before (Mostly if you spam or harass me).✧ You're being rude, disrespectful and/or start political arguments with me about minorities, racism or religion.✧ As an artist, I reserve any rights over my own data and the freedom to share it, remember, we are buyer and artist, NOT friends, if you keep asking for my personal information, I'll end the deal.✧ I reserve the rights to the work I am producing, if I find that you have used said work incorrectly or outside of our previously agreed terms, the deal will end and you will be blacklisted (which means I will not accept any commissions from you again).
❀ Another things to have in mind ❀
All my prices are in USD, you can choose to pay trough Ko-Fi or VGen. I will only provide this information when you accept my terms, all of this will be send to you in messages via E-mail or Discord.
Your purchase witll start ONLY with the 50% of your payment first, as you read before, if you by any chance, break any of the previous rules the deal will be off and I will not refund this first half of the payment. (Don't try to argue this, I will not change my mind).Once we start the artwork, you will have 3 chances to make changes, once during the sketching; like you would like to change the pose, change the character or restart the piece. The second time will be during the lineart, this time will be less impactful changes, like change the pose or add something to the clothes of the character(s). And lastly with the flat colors, on this you can change the colors or guide me into a better form of making the charcater more appealing to you. Once the piece is in the render part, I will NOT accept any changes (Maybe if you want to change between cold or warm tones, but nothing else)Once the piece is completed I will send it to you via E-mail, in this mail I will put the piece in JPEG or PNG (as you need), if you need me to separate the characters from the background, I can send to you the PNG of each character separatedly and the background too.The piece is made for personal use only, if you need to use as a commercial purpose, the fee will change (and so I will send you the original file).
With all this said, if the piece is for personal use I will not send you the original file as the final product, if you need it, this will add another cost.I reserve any right into using your purchase as part of my portfolio.
Please tell me if you need to print the piece, so I can work in CMYK from the start.
Also, please have this in mind BEFORE do the payment, this is the most important part, if you don't agree with this, you're free to choose another artist for your commission (trust me, I'm not going to be mad, is your right as a customer); I WILL NOT REFUND THE PAYMENT.
The only way I will accept doing this is going to be if I make a mistake (In the event that I am unable to deliver on time)

First of all, thanks for reading until now! It means a lot to me that you made time for it so we won't have any problems in the future.
So lastly this are the projects I can do and the ones I can't (or won't):

✧ Anime.
✧ Hazbin/Helluva.
✧ Anthro (animal features mostly, but not furry sorry, still working on it).
✧ Chibi.
✧ Pieces with simple (or less detailed) backgrounds.
✧ Pieces with 10 characters at most.
✧ Soft gore (mostly body horror)
❌ I won't do
✧ Mecha.
✧ Realistic Portrait.
✧ Hate speech (Any).
✧ Pets portraits
✧ Pieces with detailed backgrounds.
✧ Pieces with more than 10 characters. (Unless you really need it, we can set up an agreeinment for that, but have in mind the time for it will be much more, and so the price)
✧ NSFW.
